CeeHawk is run by me, Cory Perry. When you get in touch, I'm the one who answers, looks at your website and does the work.

My working days are spent building and running the systems businesses depend on: web servers, mail servers, helpdesk and billing systems, remote monitoring, and the backups behind all of them. That includes the unglamorous part, too: moving sites off ageing servers and cleaning up after break-ins.

I bring that experience to small businesses that don't have an IT department and shouldn't need one. When a project needs a server, it's hosted on Canadian data-centre equipment through a hosting partner, so I know exactly what it's running on and who looks after it.

The approach is simple. Look before touching anything. Back it up before changing it. Explain what was found in words that make sense. And never leave a site in a state its owner doesn't know about.
